This virtually rip-proof, water-resistant map follows The Waterous Trail, a 62km loop trail from Lake Navarino (Waroona Dam), through the Munda Biddi Trail campsite of Bidjar Ngoulin and on to the Nanga Campground near Dwellingup. The trail isn't prone to flooding, as the name suggests, but was proposed by the Shire of Waroona as Waterous was one of the original settlements in the area.
The Munda Biddi Trail is intended to be a backbone for the development of loop trails that connect towns and attractions along its route. The Waterous Trail is the first of these overnight loops.
The Waterous Trail connects Lake Navarino (Waroona Dam) with Nanga in the Lane Poole Reserve and the Munda Biddi Trail. Most of the Trail is relatively easy with some undulating sections around Sampson Brook and Zig Zag Road.
The trail is ideal for all cyclists, but particularly for families, beginners and those wanting to experience the bush at a leisurely pace.
