Officially, our returns policy for orders placed on this website is that products must be returned within 14 days from purchase and in saleable condition (i.e. it's unopened, unused and in its original condition). In saying that though, we are pretty reasonable people and we understand that sometimes items can take 2 weeks to get to you and that hardly seems fair. So if you want to return something and you are outside of these parameters, give us a call or send us an email and maybe we can work something out.
In the event that items you receive are faulty or damaged, or Australia Post has backed over it in the truck, you are welcome to return it for exchange or a full refund (including freight).
For either a refund or a return, it would be greatly appreciated if you could contact us first to arrange it, please don't just send stuff back with no explanation.
