Slovenia is the north-western portion of the former Yugoslavia, and was the first portion to break away and form an independent country. It is now part of the EU and is a very attractive and interesting part of the world.

This map shows the road and rail network clearly and in detail, as well as surrounding countries, including the Istrian peninsula. Towns of touristic interest are shown with names encased in yellow.

The map is printed on one side with an extensive index on the reverse side. Topography is shown with very subtle relief shading that doesn't get in the way of seeing the roads.
