This is the International Maritime Organization's Code of Safe Practice for Ships Carrying Timber Deck Cargoes, in its 2011 text as issued in the 2012 edition. Known within the industry as the TDC Code, it sets out the stowage, securing and stability requirements for vessels carrying timber cargo stacked on deck.
