This map of the mid and south west of Western Australia covers from Shark Bay in the north to Esperance in the east with Wiluna in the north east corner on one side . The other side has an enlargement of the Perth metro area at 1:180 000 and a street plan of the CBD, Fremantle and Rottnest Island.

The road detail of QPA maps is excellent, showing from major highways all the way down to unsealed roads, old tracks and 4WD only routes. Useful and interesting places are shown in abundance including various attractions, fuel stops, campsites, rest stops and fishing locations.

Elevation tinting shows the topography. Also included are average monthly temperature and rainfall charts for many areas. There's also a list of localities and campsites and their facilities.

An index of localities is included as well as a distance chart showing the distance between major towns in kilometres. Also included is a heap of information on various places to see and things to do throughout the area. Intermediate road distances are also shown on nearly every road.
