A small girl builds her own little boat out of bits and pieces. She sails it on a puddle, and it's a disaster. She tweaks the design and tries it on a pond: another disaster, but this time it gets a little further. She keeps refining it, sailing it down a stream, and finally out to sea.

A lovely, gentle story about resilience, resourcefulness and imagination, and about the creativity that comes from not getting things right the first time.
